Help me grow!

I can survive in low light, but medium to bright indirect light gives my growth a super boost. The more light, the more pronounced my variegation will be. However, direct sunlight dries up my leaves and burns them out.
I know of many plants that are always thirsty, but that’s just not me! I like my soil to be kept on the drier side- so do let it dry out before you water me again.
